Jason had been out of it for a while. He explained to Mel that he had to make a trip for his company and attend to a meeting, which was more than true. It was a whole long week of boring meetings and rich assholes that needed to be put in place. He was rich too -yes- but he was one with brains rather than superficial demands. He had not yet told Mel how succesfull his company had been and that he was sitting on millions. This was something he planned on sharing with her soon though, he just wanted to know their relationship was solid first and it really did seem to go there.
He found himself walking the library where they had met. He knew she would be snooping in her books again to researh on the supernatural, which was another thing he really wanted to share with her. The only reason he had not yet done this was because she usually were way distracting and if she were not, he was way too busy listening to her stories. But he hunted on the supernatural. He could help shed a light on what she was researching. First though, he just wanted to see her. He had missed her. So when he found her sitting on the ground, books spread around her and thoughts all over the place he moved behind her and wrapped his arms around her. “Hee cutie” He was back early, so he hoped to startle her at least a bit.
