We had to send my professor an email about what our essays were going to be about

this is what mine said

I'll be comparing and contrasting Psycho and The Exorcist to make an essay that analyzes the evolution of the female villain and its reliance on the violation of a female by an outside male and how this compares to the morally grey female "heroes" and how these two dynamics create a commentary on the evolution of female agency in horror film. 

I hate me.

Correction: peer-reviewing these awful essays might be how I actually die. 

I just wanna go find these people and hold their hands and then spend the next two hours going over their essays and talking about how to make them stronger/better structured and that The Thesaurus Is Not Always Your Friend and that words sometimes can be RIGHT by their definition but sometimes connote something different
