Quick and Easy Pasta Salad (Pasta.)
Whole wheat pastas are full of fiber which make you feel full. Herbs contains unique anti-oxidants, essential oils, vitamins, phyto-sterols and many other plants derived nutrient substances, which help equip our body to fight against germs, toxins and to boost immunity level.
INGREDIENTS
Pasta - 2 tbsp
Tomato ( chopped) - 1 small
Onion ( chopped) - 1 small
Green bell pepper - 1 tbsp
Mixed herbs - as per taste
Black pepper powder - pinch
Salt - to taste
DIRECTIONS Step 1 In a bowl mix together pasta, tomatoes, onions, capsicum, mayonnaise, mixed herbs, black pepper powder and salt. Step 2 Keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled
