These Crispy Southwest Chicken Wraps are a perfect blend of flavors with crispy chicken, fresh vegetables, melted cheese, and creamy ranch dressing. They are easy to make and great for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken slices to the spice mixture and toss until coated. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken slices until crispy and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, warm tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side. Assemble wraps: Place lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, cheese, and cooked chicken on each tortilla. Drizzle ranch dressing and BBQ sauce over the fillings. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top if desired. Fold the sides of the tortillas over the fillings and roll tightly to form wraps. Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
