Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake combines the flavors of spicy buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, tender chicken, and gooey cheese into one comforting dish. It's easy to prepare and perfect for a cozy family dinner or a casual gathering with friends.
Ingredients: 1 lb penne pasta. 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1 cup ranch dressing. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta until it is al dente. Remove the water and set it aside. Boil the chicken and put it in a large bowl. Add the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Sprinkle the cooked penne pasta over the bowl and mix it in well. Put the pasta mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been greased. On top of the pasta, mix in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Melted butter and breadcrumbs should be mixed together in a small bowl. Spread this mixture out over the cheese layer in a thin layer. Place the dish in an oven that has already been heated up. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a while. If you want, you can add chopped green onions and fresh cilantro on top before serving.
