Ingredients: 1 cup steel-cut oats. 3 cups water. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Optional toppings: honey, fresh berries, sliced bananas.
Instructions: Run cold water over the steel-cut oats and let them drain. Put the oats, water, milk, and salt in the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 10 minutes at high pressure with the lid closed. After you're done, let the pressure drop naturally for 5 minutes. Then, carefully let go of any extra pressure. Take off the lid and stir the oatmeal. If you want, you can add honey, fresh berries, or sliced bananas on top while it's still hot.
