Ingredients: 2 cups heavy whipping cream. 14 oz sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1 cup crushed peppermint candies. 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract until well combined. Add crushed peppermint candies and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, and fold gently until evenly distributed. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top with a spatula.
