"Stop moving." You huffed for the hundredth time in the span of only a few minutes.

Pietro had seemed incapable of staying still, even with you on top of him, legs wrapped around his waist as he was leaning against your headboard, a grin wide across his lips as he looked over the details of your face. The Speedster in front of you was struggling, immensely, with sitting still and you were slowly losing your patience, he only seemed to revel in the fact.

You huffed again once he moved again, he was doing it just to piss you off at this point. "C'mon, Piet. You said you wanted to try it out, so sit still."

"Of course, dragâ." He only responded with, but you rolled your eyes, it was only a matter of time before he decided he wasn't satisfied with sitting still.

Pietro had once made a passing comment about your skincare routine, and how he didn't really see the point in you doing it since missions really did just mess up your skin. You, of course, combatted the comment with that was the exact reason why you bothered with it every day. So, most likely in a joke, he suggested he would join in some sort of 'rubbish skincare stuff' next time you did.

You took the 'joke' to heart, which meant the poor Speedster was stuck in this exact situation.

It was barely anything too tedious, a simple facemask after a shower. Of course, though, the blonde decided to make every moment aggravating.

You had gone in the shower first, assuming that the one person on the team with super speed would take a fast shower, especially after the tiring mission the team had. But, no, no, Pietro took his sweet time when it was his turn (no doubt hoping you would just give up on him, do you stuff and head to bed). He then decided to tease and mock the entire time while you put yours on, now refusing to sit still after being difficult with putting his own on.

You were slow and calculate with putting the material on his face, looking down at him, eyes narrowing as you focused on making it, basically, perfect.

A laughed escaped his lips, pulling your attention back to the man, expression contorting into one of confusion. "And what's so funny, now?"

"Oh, nothing." He mused. "Just your eyes looking so focused when I can't see the rest of your face."

You couldn't help but roll your eyes at him. "Oh, shut up, Maximoff. You could have just done this yourself, y'know, save me the trouble of making you stop move."

He let out a little scoff, fingers jabbing you in the side, making you flinch away for a split moment. "Please, you're barely stopping me from moving, dragâ, all you've done is given me a pretty thing on top of me."

You let out a scoff, shaking your head once more, deciding to just ignore what he had said and continue with putting on his face mask.

Once it was perfectly on, you sat back for a moment, giving a little nod of approval. "And now we wait."

"Wait?" He groaned, leaning back of the headboard more, causing it to bang against the wall. "Well, that's boring."

"I did tell you we were waiting after this, you fool." You said with a laugh. "It's not my fault you don't listen."

"I could be doing anything else right now." He huffed, arms crossing over his chest.

Your eyebrow cocked upwards as you gave hi a suspicious look, before shaking your head soon after. "Yeah? Like annoying Wanda? Barton? Rogers? Stark? Anyone else who has the misfortune of falling victim of your boredom."

He thought for a few moments, before grinning widely and giving a quick nod as well. "Yes, exactly."

whitewashing the x-men

im allowed to like peter maximoff as a character and still hate the racism that comes with whitewashing the comic book character who was jewish yet was never portrayed by a jewish actor. same with magneto. micheal fassbenders performance is amazing but they still shouldve cast a jewish actor to play him as his main story arc is bring a traumatised jewish man who survived the holocaust and therefore doesn't trust humans to not treat mutants like they did the jews. i love the characters snd the actors but i cant deny how racist fox is by not casting the right minorities for minority roles, and i cant excuse the blatant whitewashing of pietro by renaming him to seem more american.

i love the fox x-men, its a beautiful universe with beautiful stories and characters but i won't excuse the blatant racist flaws. neither should you. as much as i love evan peters and micheal fassbender i cant be on board with casting them as the roles again now that disney owns them. they already whitewashed wanda, now is the time to correct those wrongs and represent the minorities correctly.
