if the universe is finite (which we don't really know right now) if you could look far enough in any one direction, you would see the back of your head! similarly if you could travel in one straight line towards the edge you would end up back where you started.

second fun fact related to that, the human mind is actually not equipped to comprehend things like that so any analogy we can use to explain it (such as we're all ants on a big balloon) aren't accurate, but they are as close as we can get to explaining it in a way that's understandable
