the first entry into my 3 month pescatarian food log challenge!!! poke bowl 🩵 info below the cut

i noticed that when i have poultry, beef, or pork my stomach just cannot handle it… i wanted to do an experiment to see if i cut it out of my diet, how my body will react. i’ve decided to do a 90 day challenge, where i mostly try to make meals at home (obv not this one lol i ordered this from a poke & tea shop), and make an accountability log by posting on my lil blog!!

ingredients:

- sushi rice

- sliced cucumber

- 1/2 sliced avocado

- sweet corn

- pickled ginger

- tempura flakes

- nori strips

- shrimp

- ahi tuna

- masago

- yum yum sauce

- hawaiian ginger sauce

i don’t have the exact measurements this time, so the calorie estimate is unclear today! but i don’t care too much about the accuracy. this is definitely a 10/10 meal for me and will most likely be a staple for lazy take out days.

2/90 another rice bowl guys. this time it’s homemade!! big portion bc i forgot to eat today and im fawking hungry. i’ll put ingredients below!

ingredients

- 1 cup cooked cilantro lime basmati rice

- 1/2 cup deveined and de-shelled shrimp

- avocado corn salsa

- 1 portion of the wholly guacamole mini cups

- 1/3 cup shredded low fat mozzarella

- drizzle of kinders brand hot honey wing sauce

paired it with a wild berry poppi!!! this meal i will rate a 8/10
