#quirkless villian

Ik there are already alot of villian!dekus out there but

If I wrote it (I wish I could write fic) I'd either keep him quirkless or give him a healing quirk.

Imagine how much more terrifying hed be. One of the worlds biggest villians and he uses only his brains. He has no quirk and I'd imagine hed use very little equipment. Nothing more than what youd find in someones home.

At first theyd look for someone with an evasive quirk cause hes so good at getting away. Absolutely no evidence that he was even there beyond the occasional clue just to play with them. Just to prove even with help they couldnt find him. Then theyd look at any powerful quirk and begrudgingly admit hes smart enough to escape the police with ease. They never find out hes quirkless until he let's them and even then everyone doesnt believe it. (I have ideas on how the hero's find that out if anyone wants to know XD)

Knowing hes quirkless doesnt help though. They still have no clue who he is or anything about him except that (and they're not even guaranteed sure). That's still 20% of the population. Theyd have a better chance narrowing it down if he had a strength type quirk or something.

And if they do believe hes quirkless? Then that would mean hes capable of taking down some of the biggest heroes without power. And how do you fight against that? People become very reliant on their quirks cause it's just another tool. But it's easy to take the tool away. Take away their quirk (either permanently, through aizawa or an obvious weakness) and most these heroes have nothing. A quirkless kid?

He already has nothing so unlike the heroes he can adapt to anything.

In this version i think hed be much more independent. He still works under a big villian organization, doesnt matter who. Hes well aware they're using him but he doesnt care much. He goes when the big boss needs him but other than that he does what he wants.

When he is needed, hes usually there as strategist. Hes sometimes there for the fight too though. He stays back where it's harder to see him but he often changes the outcome of the fight. He can fight fine so long as he isn't caught. If they see what he looks like it can be really easy to find him and he'll no longer have his freedom. That was the one condition izuku had for working under whoever recruited him. The heroes can never know who he is. And considering the villians are actually winning now that izuku is here they're more than happy keeping that condition (they're also well aware of what he could do to them if his identity ever was leaked)

He doesnt hurt people. He might blow up a building but he always makes sure civilians are safe. No matter what hes ordered to do he wouldn't kill a bystander.

Heroes are a different story. He doesnt go out of his way to hurt them (unless he believes they deserve it for whatever reason) but he doesnt care if they get hurt either. He doesnt kill them for himself but he'll gladly carry out the order of asked to.

When hes doing his own thing though it's just for fun. They're usually victimless. He'll steal from the tightest security museums just to prove he can. If he wants to be a real dick to the police he'll turn around and return it in the middle of the investigation. He enjoys watching the police and heroes trip over themselves to find him.

He still goes and watches heroes fight. He doesnt take notes in public anymore but he remembers it all anyway. It's easier to find ways to beat them after seeing them fight up close. Sometimes when he thinks a hero is taking it too far (like breaking the bones of a purse thief) he'll do something subtle to help the villian escape. He doesnt do it often cause he would risk suspicion and he doesnt work with the villian so unless the hero is very clearly in the wrong he deosnt bother getting involved. And on the off chance he did work with them, unless it was someone important, hed think if they were reckless enough to get caught then they deserve to be caught.
