Hi! Just thought I'd share my experiences with ipsy. I've always liked at least a few items out of every bag I've received (usually there's 5 items per bag). You often receive full size products, and the items are always worth more than what you're paying. Although there is some customization (reviewing products really helps), I do sometimes still receive certain items that I've said I don't use, or shades I don't particularly like. I just give those away. Overall I really like the subscription!
