The blind woman let out a deep sigh as she sat with her legs hanging off of the edge of a building. It was night time, the city wasn’t quite as busy and the silence was something she really appreciated. She didn’t need to see in order for her to know it was a beautiful sight, especailly from atop the building. 

“Is it ever tiresome?” She asked, wondering what it was like to be a hound like Jaehyun. “i mean, i’m a demon and my kind often takes souls but isn’t it tiring? I don’t know. It might just be because I can’t see who i’m chasing so i’m somewhat useless.” She told him, shrugging her shoulders.

The young demon turned as her ears picked up the slightest shift in movement behind her. “I could kill you right now if you aren’t careful.” She warned, unaware if it was anyone she knew.

“Nice try you vermin. I’m not stupid and naive like I once was. You think i don’t know what you are? You filthy beast.” She spat as she walked over to a table that had a bunch of torture devices laid out including her swords, daggers, and some holy water.

“I’m going to kill you myself.” She told him, running her fingers over one of the daggers and coating the blade in holy water, then pushing her hair out of her eyes.

It seemed like such a sweet and innocent dream of her parents. Sam hadn’t dreamed of them in a while. This dream was perfect. It was in a time where her parents didn’t die, she didn’t try and hunt those people that murdered them, she didn’t have a bad relationship with Satan, and she never went blind.

But things took a turn for the worst when she saw Ando, someone special to her walking down the street. She stopped him and tried to talk to him only for him to give her a confused look. That’s when she realized that since her parents were never killed, she never went hunting, and never bumped into Ando on the street.

The nightmare began to get worse when her parents appeared, pale faces and black sunken in cheeks and eyes.

She awoke with a large gasp, darkness everywhere and she remembered that she was blind. Sighing softly, she turned her head, sensing someone.

“Hello?”

Sam had been walking down the street, using her walking stick to help her. She didn’t quite know where she was going but she wanted to practice with her hearing since her eye sight was now gone. She heard a few footsteps behind her but thought nothing of it. 

Instead, she continued walking and sighed softly as she inhaled the night air.

“A Hunter, Sam! Of all people! A damn hunter!”

Satan’s voice boomed through the room, Sam keeping her gaze to the floor before speaking. 

“Sir, He’s a vampire hunter. He doesn’t hunt de--”

“Doesn’t hunt demons!? How stupid can you be! Eventually, he will kill you!” He sighed quietly. “You must kill him before he kills you.”

Sam had a look of horror but just as she was going to refuse, Satan snapped his fingers and she was teleported into the streets where it was dark, the only light being from the street lights and she saw one single man walking home. 

Chase. 

And she knew her mission.

Sam was a mix between cute and sexy. Between good and bad. She was hot to say the least, most guys falling head over heels for both how cute and how sexy she is-- especially on the dance floor. 

Even now you couldn't tell if she was cute or just plain hot as she gazed around the streets, quite confused. She was always the one that got lost. It pissed her off to say the least but she wasn't one to get super angry unless she needed to.

The demon looked around, pouting some before deciding she wasn't going to figure out how to get home any time soon unless she asked so fixing her jacket, she cleared her throat and -- half walking and half skipping -- made her way over to a person standing nearby. 

"Excuse me. er-- can you tell me where I am? Being the new girl in town is kind of... shitty.."
