True Story!

So back when Ryan Graves was a NYR prospect and played for the Hartford Wolfpack, I met him at a meet and greet event for the whole team. He was my favorite player at the time and the only reason I wanted to go to this event was just to meet him. But as we are getting our stuff signed, my shy introverted self kicked in and I didnt say a word to him.

So my mom being my mom literally looks at him and says "Oh my god you're her favorite player and all she wanted to do was meet you. You just made her night."

WHEN I TELL YOU THIS BOY STARTED BLUSHING. His cheeks looked like tomatoes...his eyed widened and his face just lit up as he looked at me!! He was like "oh my god, really?? I'm you're favorite!?"

I was like YES BABY YOU ARE (I didn't actually say that)

Safe to say I cried when he got traded a few months later but I'm so happy hes getting a chance to play in the NHL. He deserves it.
