I just want to thank the people running this blog because its helped me so much to better understand ADHD and how to manage the symptoms. It's also helped me feel better about having ADHD when I've felt a little down because of a comment someones made. It's also helped me better communicate with my mother about my ADHD, which has helped (slightly, but it's progress) our relationship. Thank you so much for your work. It means a lot, and your positive blog has helped me feel better on many days.

:( Did you at least end up getting a good cup of coffee? I've done something similar...only I forgot to add coffee grinds into the coffee filter area. So I made hot water. Not what I was expecting when I got back into the kitchen. Mistakes happen :/

I did get about 3/4 of a (20oz) cup of coffee. I've made hot water in a coffeemaker any number of times, but that's worlds away from looking at all that coffee you wanted inside of you as it seeps across the floor in a puddle, spreading slowly like the brown blood of lethargic men, sprung on you suddenly as you turn on the kitchen light to dispel the dark of ages past bedtime.

I'm okay. It's just, that first 20-30 seconds I was completely overwhelmed and had no other response available.
