"No offense since I never wanted to be in your league." Jinhwan rolled his eyes, scoffing to himself as he looked at the guy that was way taller than him.

Ra smiled at the other, who had no idea who he was, as he took Avan’s hand and guided it to stir the pot. “You’ve been stirring soup wrong your whole life?” he asked with a small smirk, silver eyes twinkling with mischief. “If you just stir it around like a ship’s engine the flavors won’t mix correctly. You have to swoop and twirl.”
Now, Avan usually did not have an attitude towards anyone, especially a stranger. But the one thing you did not do, ever, was messing with what or how he cooked. His eyebrows raised slightly as his whole body tensed, hand moving away from the touch. What an outrage. “Thank you” he replied instead of saying he knew what he was doing, he couldn’t be that rude after all. There were very few things that annoyed him on the whole planet, even fewer things people could do to get such a reaction out of him but this was definitely one of them. He prided himself on being a great cook as he had done it countless of times in the past.

12. a ‘ goodbye ’ kiss.
When the sun met Peter’s skin, he almost seemed to glimmer, white hair looking softer than in the mornings when it stood into every direction after a night of fighting with the pillow. He was the polar opposite in looks of Avan and the genie couldn’t tear his eyes away when he looked at the contrast of them, from clothes to skin, whenever they sat side by side. The taste of extra espresso had turned muted by water at this point, the heat melting all ice from his iced coffee, though with each sip he cared less because the less he had of it the more it meant time was running out.
Eventually it did and he heard the speakers announce his flight had opened its gates and although he made no move to go just yet, the cup was set away, hardly anything but water now and a little bit of coffee to keep the correct color. He had parted ways with so many people before, yet it never got any easier. People gave him so much joy and reasons to live for and going head first into unknown was always slightly scary when you had no one there waiting for you.
He caught Peter looking at him, knowing fully well they should be on their feet and backs turned but for another few seconds neither of them moved. Avan had to push himself up from the seat and pick up his bag to make the other follow his lead, which he quickly did. A small smile was shared. This wasn’t the end of a friendship, just a beginning of a new path. Avan wasn’t sure if he should but he leaned in anyway, giving his friend a lingering peck, light but lasting longer than one would expect. “I’ll see you again, when It lets me.”
‘ are you a good person? ’
“I’d like to say that I am, I try my best to be. There’s always something you can improve but it’s also important to be satisfied with yourself and like who you are.”
‘ do you need a hug? ’
“Always. Nothing better than having arms around you, though I prefer the action without clothes on so you can really bond with the person.”

“…. I swear you would have gotten a kiss even without this game.” Ra says before he reaches over for the other man and cups his cheek before kissing him, pressing in as his tongue slips over the other’s but pulling away before allowing the other time to respond. “Now you spin the bottle, however you do know no one will kiss as good as I just have.”
He started with a smirk and ended with a smirk. The only disappointment was that he didn’t get to enjoy the quicker than quick kiss ( but still good, he had to admit ) and that was something he had to change ( ASAP ). He rolled his eyes and shook his head, spinning the bottle without a word about the kiss. The bottle spun around a few times before it hit the girl beside him ( for a moment he was tempted to stop the bottle on Ra ).
Avan turned to the girl and cupped her cheek, pausing an inch away from her lips before he leaned in completely, slower than the kiss he’d received just a moment ago. When he pulled back he shrugged, looking back at Ra. “I like the confidence but she’s pretty close.”
Ra suddenly appeared in front of the other, out of nowhere and let put a curse as he stumbled back. "Fuck- oh sorry I didnt know anyone would be here"
He was suddenly extremely glad he hadn’t been absent in his mind while his stroll or else he would have walked straight into the man who appeared out of nowhere. Very unexpected. He stopped and stared like a deer in the headlights for a second, then he grinned widely, his shoulders lifting in a shrug. “It’s all good bud. I’ll remember to shift into a ghost next time so you can just go through me.”

She sometimes wondered why she voluntarily got herself in these situations, but then she remembered that blind dates were a nice way of keeping an eye on just who was around her. That, and she might end up getting a nice meal out of it if the date went well.
Riding around on swan boats through a tunnel of love wasn’t exactly her cup of tea, though. Sure, she liked romance, but even for her, this was over the top. At the very least she hoped whoever it was she ended up with wasn’t going to be the sort of person to swoon and have high hopes that a thirty-minute ride through a tunnel would end in true love. Huh, what if it was someone she knew? God, really, all they had to be was attractive. It was her one wish when it came to all of this. She didn’t want to get stuck making conversation with someone who was below her standards.
If nothing else, at least she could kill thirty minutes before heading out to do something more worthwhile. So, she headed over to wait by the entrance, making idle small-talk with the cupid manning the boats before her date arrived.
