That nobody came to my program life

Picture this: a grilled cheese bar. What stands between residents and cheesy goodness? A donation to the Campus Kitchen (the local soup kitchen type place).

Program type: Social. (added bonus: opportunity for international students to try an American staple)

Amount of planning: Maybe four hours total planning, two for execution.

Extra draw: Kitchen-less hall, so crispy grilled cheese must be obtained from dining halls. Ew.

Alcohol Program: More than A Good Time

Description: Residents will be encouraged to leave anonymous notecards in the office mailbox that describe how their drinking or the drinking of others has negatively affected them. After the notecards have been collected, RA’s will display them and host an exhibit with bagel bites, chips, salsa and chocolate chip cookies. The aim of this program is to show residents how alcohol and irresponsible drinking can lead to unnecessary grief in their lives and the lives of others.
