Textbook prices are bullshit.  The fact that my prof requires me to take the course on a third party website, unrelated to my college’s anything, using materials that she has not in fact created and I have to pay her for the privilege of telling me to buy someone else’s work and then pay that person for their work is pissing me right the fuck off.  She marks my exams, it sounds like, and that’s it.  Everything else is automated and created by the textbook publisher.  Who are no doubt paying her to tell me to use their product.  Fuck.  That. So hard.  She’s getting paid twice over for my education while doing no more work than a TA who’s been hired to mark shit. Fuuuuuuck.
