The new death screen in ultrakill is quite fascinating to me and I have seen people mention about how V1 was built without a limbic system meaning that they can feel pain, and the desperate fear of “I don’t want to die” as they are offlining but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone talk about the vocal interface yet

Here in the error messaging you can see that they are unable to connect to a vocal interface and that they needed this vocal ability in order to complete a task. I think this this task would be a cry for help. If V1 was built without the intention of being able to speak or otherwise vocalize why would that be something they are able to try to calibrate in their systems? I think that at some point during or after their construction their creators decided that V1 does not deserve a voice . Very curious to why that could be. People often depict V1 as a feral little beast which is true to some extent but they are also very smart and able to quickly learn and adapt, and it’s implied that the passage with the “this is the only way things could have ended” about the earthmover was actually V1s thoughts and opinions on this

I had some thoughts about the designs of the jaegers from the first movie compared to future media, originally made these to describe my point to a friend but I figure I’d share these here

I got way behind with tokucember so I’m going to try and catch up a little

5. Fav suit, Ultraman Blazar. I really like the asymmetrical design and how the red and blue looks like nerves or blood vessels or something, though it it a pain to draw. There is a lot of toku suits that I really like (and some I don’t) and Blazar is one of the ones I like to look at

6. Favorite human, Ide from the original Ultraman. He’s a comic relief character and it is funny when he is on screen but in some of the later episodes he actually can be the voice of reason. This is most clear in the episode “earth is my home”

7. Fav mascot, Hanejiro!! He is so so cute and sweet and he says pamu pamu and it’s so cute. He looks so soft and I love him very much.

8. First Toku series, power rangers. I don’t know if it really counts but this is what I grew up watching and part of the reason why I think I like Ultraman and Kamen rider so much now. I picked Dino thunder for the photo because I don’t remember which one I first watched but I do remember that I really liked this one.
