Adrian was stuffed.
He’d spent the hour proceeding the evacuation of the train from that ridiculous game in the Great Hall, eating anything and everything the House Elves had cooked up for dinner. Now, his belly full and his mind sobering, he returned to the surprisingly empty Slytherin Dungeons. Apparently, his classmates had decided to socialize in the Great Hall or elsewhere for there was no one around, but it was no matter. In fact, it was better for him. Adrian wanted silence, and silence was what he sought as he bypassed green couches towards his dormitory.
Rabastan laid on his back in his bed and Adrian stood there, brows raising as he stared at him.
“I lost you,” he said simply and quietly. “Did you eat?”
