Irma: is still under the careful watch of Rat King (or something like that).
Hear me out. When is it that Casey really starts taking offence to Irma being around? Right after The Return of the Rat King.
Also, note: In that episode, she got kidnapped separately from Casey (the one that "finds" her).
Just a thought, I don't really have any facts or anything. Just a theory, and I'm probably wrong.
