i. the four of them started to call kia and ash their parents when drunk!troy said that all of them somehow looked like “the parents”. skye laughed, james agreed and maya rolled her eyes at what he had said; but then the four got too invested to find in what manners or physical appearence they looked like kia and ash.
ii. one day, the four of them were watching one of the bands’ rehearsal and kia and ash started to argue about something irrelevant. at first it was funny, but then james got tired of it and let out “shut up, dad. she is right.” and ash looked at him and be like, “did you call me dad? do you see me as a father figure, james?” everyone started to laugh, but james tried to cover his tracks by “no, if anything you are a brother figure because you are always bothering me.”
iii. at the last party at the lockhart household, the babies fell asleep on the floor of the living room in the following order: james, maya, skye and troy. kia and ash went to the kitchen to grab more beer and saw that scene; making them go upstairs to grab duvets and a few pillows to make them more comfortable.
iv. this father’s day will be the first since maya was nine that she won’t run away; spending her whole day with the cinnamon roll fam. because for the first time she knows she doesn’t need to do that to try get her father’s attention and maybe love, she already had plenty of that with that family she created.
brot5: the gang
i. april 30th, 2016: the day alex was born but also the day the gang thought they would lose anna. anna had complications while giving birth to alex, because he started to suffocate with the umbilical cord and they had to change to cesarean section making the other four worried. it only got worse when they saw red gasping for air and tears falling from her face-- she had predicted anna's or alex's death. two hours later the prediction, the doctors finally had news: both of them were well and they could visit anna now. even everything they had been though, that was probably the scariest moment of their lives.
ii. when red and shane announced that they were having a kid, the first thing the other three did was grab the name board and start to write down names to red and shane pick from. everytime shane said "bob is cool" or "gary, though. i like gary" he got a slap from mason, rach, anna and red. seeing them so excited about the names, made red refrain from telling all of them she already knew the gender of the baby and had already name in mind for him. both jackson and nicholas weren't on the board, and when they found out the baby would be named jackson nicholas timberlake; they knew they couldn’t have picked a better name than that.
iii. mason has two theme songs for every couple that has a member of the gang; one is random song and the other is one he wrote especially for each of them when they got married. the random songs are: she is love by parachute (mavery); open your eyes by snow patrol (jamie/anna); love is easy by mcfly (rane); listen to your heart by the maine (cheleo).
brot3: original troublemakers
i. there's no doubt alex and jared are overprotective of allie when it comes to her dating or anything in those lines; but sam was the first guy they felt it was good enough for her, and not only because he is jared's cousin or alex's oldest friend, but because they knew he only had good intentions. they did threatened sam when they found allie accepted to be his girlfriend, though.
ii. last year when anna completed forty, alex planned a road trip in that day because he didn't want to deal with his mother's mood. when he was about to leave at 5AM, he saw jed's car and furrowed an eyebrow as he saw him and allie getting on bootylicious. "you really thought you would go without us?" allie asked and alex just chuckled and started to drive to the destination allie had picked: wwohp.
iii. allie and jared tried to destroy alex's mixtape once because they couldn't handle listen bootylicious, baby got back and london bridge everytime they were riding with him. they did in fact destroyed a mixtape, but unfortunately it wasn't alex's mixtape: it was the mixtape of jed's sober songs.

Ok but I could just imagine like Vince being hella pissed maybe because his parents are making him move back into the house. So he’s going to come in the apartment yelling and probably on a bunch of different things and Kia would freak out and like try and stop him. She’d like put her hands on his arm and just ‘Vince, you’re fine. Don’t freak out.’ and try to be nice but in the end, just get frustrated and splash water in his face or like threaten to get rid of his entire stash and in the end, he’d calm down enough to tell her what happened. And in the end, she’d probably hold him while he came down from his high and while he cried.

Jake would be mad and drunk one night because Keegan still wouldn’t take Alaska back, and he’d be out at a bar and he’d some guys who were being assholes. Well, he’d be already mad so he’d confront them, and it’d end up being just some huge bar fight and Jake and the guys would end up being held in jail until somebody could pick them up and Jake would call Alaska and “I’m sitting in jail and I don’t care because, fuck, I messed up your life and I’m sorry.” So obvs Alaska would pick him up and just shake her head and “I can’t even look at you, you promised not to get into any more fights! Tori is on her way to get you. Try fixing your own shit before fixing mine.”
