Radiation Radical was born in the Zones to two parents who did their best to protect him from the dangers of the City. Unlike the other Storm Crusaders, he never had to escape Batter City, he barely even knew of it's existence for a long time.

He discovered the corporation when he was eleven, and his parents were killed in a spontaneous clap with a team of Dracs. They told him to hide and they tried to fight, but their lack of practice made them susceptible to the Draculoids' attacks.

From there on out, Radiation (or Rady, as the Crusaders called him) vowed to never let himself be shielded like that again. He traded most of his food supply for a ray gun, which he taught himself to shoot. He lived alone in the Zones until the age of twenty when he met Machinery Moth and Energy Variant, freshly escaped from the City, struggling to survive in the harsh new environment.

Rady remembered what it was like to feel shielded and vulnerable, so he taught them everything he knew about the Zones. He taught them to shoot, how to trade for food, and how to deal with the guilt of ending the lives of Dracs, when it was necessary.

He became the third Storm Crusader.

So uhh, you talked to my sibling earlier hmm? What's your business around here?

Nothing bad, I swear. I try to extend a greeting to as many Killjoys I haven't seen before, because I know what it's like to be surrounded by unfamiliarity wherever you go. Even if you're not new to the Zones, there's always times where they can be unbearable.

We've all got stories, and I'm not trying to force myself into yours. I'm sorry if I came off as overbearing, I just want to help where I can.
