John Hoodcape I sewed for a friend's cosplay, modeled by me.

The hood little over 4 feet long. Fabric is some broadcloth, so it flows behind you nicely. It's also a lot less green than what it looks like on here.

I don't have any photos of with the hood up, but I suppose that's good because it looks better down anyways.

Unfortunately, I cannot sell Homestuck cosplay items due to Hussie's policy against them. Sorry about that! :c

Collared cape.

I really love making capes. They're relatively simple, aside from having to spend 124123232 hours hemming things.

This one ended up approx. 4 1/2 feet long (i haven't actually measured it, just I'm guessing by where it sits on me). And little under six feet across when fully spread out (the last picture is the closest I could get it to that, with the space constrictions that I had).

It's a full half circle cape, which are very full and very fun to wear, because you can everything and the kitchen sink up in it.

I got the material from a bedsheet from Goodwill. I think its a poly/cotton blend, but I haven't bothered to check. The collar is supported with this really thick and stiff interfacing I got from Joann's. It's magic.

Earfins!

They do not restrict your hearing (unlike how many ear prosthetic do), however you do hear a dull sound every time they hit something (like a cape collar >.> ). Made of latex and hand molded by me. They can be painted basically any colour, or left unpainted so you could do it yourself. The earhole doesn't exactly line up with your own canal, so you can still paint your ear where it shows through to match the colour.

The back/side-ish will probably have to be cut for a better fit when they arrive, depending on your earshape. Attach with spirit gum, prosaide or another choice of skin safe adhesive. Do not use these if you have a latex allergy.
