11.27.18 was one month since I had my emergency surgery due to complications from my initial #surgery for #radicalmastectomy etc and today 11.28 I was taken off breathing machine - finally no more soreness in Throat spent overnight in ICU then back to regular hospital room for another week. Crazy how a month goes by but for me felt like forever since still isolated in parents home recovery from my 2nd battle w #cancer in 3yrs. Today tough bc officially moved into parents #home since broke due to paying off cancer from 2015 now this new battle. Still wonder why #god had to throw this at me in #life instead of giving me the #family #husband #kids i always #wished for. pain getting little better still a lot of swelling & bruising but that will take a while my overall heal will be about 18mos. Another 2mos before drive. Return to work sometime in spring 2019. Everyday I am thankful for my #medicalteam @hoaghealth AND my #mom & #twinsisters who have been my #caretakers and did an awesome job w the move.
