I started this painting sometime in June of 2016. I’ve redone it about 17 times since then, learning new techniques and testing others and having to restart because I’ve got a better idea!

I think this is the absolute best I’ve got in me, now. I painstakingly, stroke by stroke, painted them both out to what I wanted all the values to be. I’m really proud of this and I hope you enjoy!

It was as a gift to a lovely person who helped me out last year when I was in some serious financial ruin after losing my job. It won’t be the last all-out painting I do, but this is one of the first! Keep your eyes peeled!

New year, new us! My fiancee has very recently fallen onto some trouble with work, and our income is about to dive WAY lower than before. We wanna avoid that! We’re just trying to make it through to the end of our lease in June so that we can move out and start saving money again, so we can buy a house and not worry all that much. All I’m asking is for some cushion to get us out of our overpriced apartment and into a (free!!!) living situation!!
