Something new from Radugadesign ... Projects for Audi, Oppo and other..

At the St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF-2017) Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant ("ChelPipe") presents a project dedicated to the educational program "The Future of White metallurgy", launched for the training of the best professionals in the industry. 

The Radugadesign studio was engaged into the development of the group's stand. In collaboration with media artist Dmitry Morozov (vtol) we have created a kinetic and musical installation "Prosodia", which from Greek means "musical accent". The students of "The Future of the White metallurgy" helped to create "Prosodia". 

Technically, the installation consists of four objects that interact with each other. Three kinetic mechanisms, the interaction of which drives the disks attached to them by strings on the main subject, are making unusual harmonies and managing in real time the reflections of these arrangements on the big screen.

This spring in the Stockholm City Hall we presented the audiovisual performance "Cognition" developed by our studio in collaboration with the composer and pianist Nikola Melnikov, specially for the brand Asko. The installation of "Cognition" is an expression of striving for the perfect shape. Everything can be perfect–whether it is a geometric figure or a person. The experience of perfection exists where people open themselves in external icons. We thank Asko Appliances AB for their trust and support in the implementation of the project.

DCN Video Pick: "I am" Pause Fest 2020 by Radugadesign // “I am” project by Radugadesign studio became the part of "Motion response selection" for PAUSE fest 2020. “New Odyssey” is a theme of this year and it starts an adventurous journey into the new decade for which we are required to welcome new values and virtues. In our project we rely on the hypothesis simulation. If the hypothesis is true, in the future we will be able to become "creators" of the virtual world that will turn into "real" for its new inhabitants. Our world may not be the main in the universe but the part of the multiverse, just an experiment of some overdeveloped civilization. We observe that a person’s place is increasingly determined by how the digital space perceives us. The world is gradually entering the era of artificial intelligence, immersed in "neural networks". We're learning to create more and more realistic copies of reality. We're not only knowing ourselves through impulses that we catch, but also this helps us to construct ways of interacting with each other. We pass them on to our surrounding reality. We're generating and launching new impulses that affect the world around us.
