Uncle! I have a problem at the moment where I'm doubting myself. You see, I have a chronic autoimmune disease called "Behcet's Disease" and it, as well as the medication im on to stop symptoms makes me very very fatigued and tired. I have classes from around 8:00 in the morning to about 6:00 at night and since I'm so tired by my 2nd class that ends at 3:50 I have to back and sleep... I'm missing one of my classes... I hate making excuses but I feel like it's necessary for my health. (1)
(2) I'm working with the disability services at my school and I've gotten good marks in the past (Even though I was in the hospital for a little). I have a test I need to make up for the class I'm missing and I'm pretty confident I can do it, I just need reassurance <3 Love you!
Thank you for reaching out to me, soldier.
I am very glad to hear that you are taking both your health and your education very seriously! It can often be incredibly difficult to balance those two parts of life. But as I’m sure you know, and will continue to prove: With a positive attitude, enough time, the right support, and lots of love and determination, you can succeed at whatever you feel inclined to do! I am also very pleased and relieved to hear you are working with your school to ensure you are able to do as well as you possibly can.
From what I can see, soldier, you are going to be just fine. I have absolute faith in you and your determination to do well. Remember to be honest with both yourself and your professors about how much you can take at one time, and remember - there is never any shame in taking care of yourself.
Please do come back soon and tell me how you’re doing.
