Well I failed the #everymealjune challenge already! Haha! I was so busy at work yesterday that I forgot to take a picture of my lunch - then I spent the night at the bar watching the Blackhawks WIN and didn’t even think to take a picture of what I ate. But basically, it was:
- romaine lettuce, shredded chicken, cheese & ranch salad for lunch
- roasted chicken breast & honey mustard sauce at the bar for dinner
- plus like, 3 Captain & diets - they won OK?!
- lots of water throughout the day
- and two of those Ghiradellhi dark chocolate sea salt caramel squares - I already publicly shamed myself yesterday
Today I have eaten 8 slices of bacon for breakfast. Because I’m an adult and I can dammit. I have a workout to do!!! Just got to get through a crazy stressful day at work first :)
