24. How much prep work do you put into your stories? What does that look like for you? Do you enjoy this part or do you just want to get on with it?

I don't think I prep at all and maybe that's part of why I'm constantly hitting walls when I set out to write... I'm not a plotter at all. More often than not, I know the ending of a story before the beginning so I'm constantly having to work backwards and fill in a ton of blanks. That just leads me with a whole bunch of scattered scenes. Sometimes I do attempt to outline if I know a story is going to be a lengthier one. In those instances, I'll get my notebook and at least attempt to create a road map. But a lot of times, my stories just snowball so 🤷🏾‍♀️ I kinda screw myself over that way haha
