Pogonotrophy
Unusual Word Headcanon PromptsPogonotrophy: What are their thoughts on facial hair?
Facial hair is familiar to her, something herfather always wore, and she likes men thatcan pull off a full beard. Of course a smoothface is by no means a ‘deal-breaker’.Her other thoughts on beards consist ofwanting to run her fingers through them. She imagines they would tickle againsther smooth skin during a kiss, having never canonically kissed anyone with anything more than a five ‘o’clock shadow. In verses where she’s crushing on Rick, well there might be a bit of a fixation on the evolution of his beard. It’s honestlynot something I’ve given much thoughtto as I think it wouldn’t matter to hermuch as far as preference goes, butit is something she enjoys visually.

He’s angry, she can tell by the pacing, theway his fingers flex out and then curl intofists —over & over. The sound of his bootswearing a line in the carpet of the prisonoffice. They can’t leave and she knowsthat he hates being locked in here. He hates the confinement and the dark and theway the walls appear to close in on them. He wants to be out there helping, but sheneeds someone in here with her, in case… The thought is more than she can bare, so she shoves it away in favor of glancing over at Judith sleeping in a pile of blankets next to the desk. Isaac’s pacing doesn’t seem to disturb her slumber, but it really is starting to unnerve the blonde. Beth uncurls from her spot leaning againstthe door, wiping the trails that tears leftover her cheeks when Maggie had cometo update them. Isaac hadn’t stoppedmoving since them, a mass of unused kinetic energy. She moves into his pathsilently, finding his hand with hers when he stops in front of her. Her other handhas to find the back of his neck and pullhis lips down to meet hers, because even on the tips of her toes she’s nottall enough to brush her lips to his. His mouth is a firm line against hersat first, shoulders tense, but not pullingaway. She teases at his lips with hersuntil he bends slightly under her willsurrendering to her distraction.

Where for art thou, brother? // Ragemonsterlahey
Camden ran his fingers through his brothers soft curls. It had been eight years since the last time they'd seen each other. He was...different, Issac had grown up, and Camden had missed it. According to what his Beacon Hills informant said -- he'd missed a lot.
It had been hard to learn second hand that the father he'd grown up with and the father Issac had grown up with were two very different people.
Grief changes people, and with Isaac still unconcious, Camden had no way to tell how much grief and time had shaped his brother, affected the sweet little kid he'd known before.
Camden laid his camo jacket over the back of the chair sitting next to the pseudo-hospital bed.
"Come on little brother, wake up."
Come With Me // Isaac/Hayley
Hayley watched the curly haired kid make his way into the abandoned train station. She'd been looking for him since she'd arrived in town forty-eight hours before, asking around and picking up his trail. He smelled like Camden, it wasn't a hard scent for her to track. The boy looked unkempt, like he hadn't been sleeping, and she could only imagine what he must be going through. She hadn't had much of a family before Camden, never had a mother or father for more than a few months, and this kid had just lost what he thought was left of his family. Camden had gotten the news from his contact a few days prior, about his dad passing, and he knew that he had to find his little brother -- except the pack needed him, there had been an alpha challenge and as much as she hated to leave him to deal with that alone, she knew it would be better for him to know that someone was looking after Isaac.
She slipped through the fence where someone had used bolt cutters to make a path and followed his scent into the old building. There was a light on in one of the busted looking train cars and she moved toward it slowly.
Hayley decided to make herself known before she spooked the kid. "Hey, Isaac, are you down here?" She knew the answer to that obviously, but it was a neutral place to start. "My name is Hayley."
