I am amused by the fact that a new fandom RPG that I've been checkin' up on, a couple times this week (I lurk for, what, 10 seconds?) has just been shut down, put into maintenance mode... due to lack of interest, as the admin's message explains.

Note: Maintenance Mode, regardless of the Admin's accompanying explanation, almost always means the site is never coming back.

Really? You've had the site open for barely seven days, and you've already shut it down?

I love how many forum RP staff ragequit because their site did not attract 50+ members, overnight.
