I'm not the anon but big mood about the anxiety and chest thing - like I thought I was just not focusing on my breathing enough bc sometimes I just like forgot to take good breaths and then after a few days of it was like Oh. I Understand.

it’s just so. freaking. weird. because like... i don’t have anything to be anxious about. at least i shouldn’t. and i will literally be sitting on the couch watching tv or laying in bed and all of the sudden my heart does this stutter step thing in ribcage and my chest gets really tight and i mean, i can breathe but... i can’t breathe.

i don’t know what’s up but it’s really weird and it’s nice to know that i’m not the only person who experiences this.
