I wonder what I'm doing this week...
Me: I'm going to be on vacation next week and I won't have access to the gym. What should I do?

Training 5.27.14 Pat sent me a copy of Starting Strength and I studied the squat section yesterday. Today I took that advice and put it into action. I didn't wrap my thumb around the bar, and I placed it a bit lower than normal on my back. It made such a difference! I'm still not perfect, but my form is much better than it was previously. Bench was a struggle but I powered through. I loaded the bar wrong and put a 5# on the left side instead of a 2.5# plate. It felt off, but I did two sets that way before I really checked it. I focused on using my whole body today for the press. I'm super stoked that I got through all reps/sets without lifting my butt. Video: http://youtu.be/ZraRP58hRis
85x5x6 on bench. Halfway thru. Gotta rest forever between sets. Struggling.
