"Ragtime Robert at Disneyland has been there for so long my whole family knows who he is. He may not know them, but he certainly knows me. My grandfather passed away in 07 and Robert reminds me of him so much, that sometimes after talking to him at his piano, I have to walk away because I'm about to cry. I miss my grandpa and I see him in Robert. I wish I could tell him how special he is to me, even if we only talk a little bit when I get to see him, and I haven't seen him in months."
