Raidou Kuzunoha XVI , the sixteenth in a long standing line of curse users selected to protect japan’s capital from supernatural threats. the kuzunoha clan does not share blood, instead, they are bound by techniques chosen to be passed down to one of the most talented sorcerers of each generation. these techniques are unique in that, while they are considered innate abilities, whomever is granted the title of raidou will accept these techniques as part of their very being.
the sixteenth’s true name and life before his selection is irrelevant, chosen for his irregularly large output of cursed energy, as well as his knock for investigative work. his own innate technique was sealed in order for the kuzunoha abilities to be implanted. his loyalty is to the tokyo first and jujutsu tech second; the clan insisting on keeping itself outside of the college’s messy politics.
outside of his duties raidou is a quiet troublemaker. disciplined by the clan, he speaks only when addressed yet still manages to sass those in the few sentences manages to get out. however while he may seem aloof, in times of need he’d sacrifice it all in service of his duty (lest the clan elders execute him for failing to uphold it).
raidou’s cursed techniques involve the summoning of heroes past into the present using his cursed energy as a medium. to do so he must be in possession of a catylist to connect him with the spirit of the hero he wishes to summon, a collection of which are stored within a shikigami in the form of a cat name goto. (goto is in fact the spirit of the original raidou kuzunoha, cursed to an endless existence by the clan elders).
