Headcanon: Mirajane and Laxus, being the oldest of the Rajinshuu and Stratuss siblings, bond over the trouble (even though it's totally worth it) of looking after their families. After hanging out with Laxus and the Rajinshuu for a while Mira starts to /really/ see how much Laxus has changed and how much he cares about Ever, Freed and Bix. The more she sees of him, the more her feelings grow and she finds herself becoming more and more attracted to Laxus.
