Weiss...couldn’t even believe Neon had bought her something like this, let alone the fact that right now, she had actually put it on.
Weiss had said she would change into it in the bathroom, but only because Neon had insisted she at least wear it to see if she’d like it. Neon promised her that she could just take it back off immediately if she wanted, but Weiss wanted to at least consider it.
Weiss had agreed to go with Neon to one of her “raves,” and Neon said she needed proper attire in order to not feel out of place. Now that she had it on, Weiss wasn’t sure how she couldn’t stand out in something like this. It was a fishnet top with a very small black...bra? bikini top? Whatever-it-was underneath. She had a light blue tutu around her waist, with a tight pair of shorts underneath, and long pink socks that reached well past her knees. In an odd, campy way, it looked cute. Something Weiss might try on and wear while alone at home? Maybe. Something she’d wear in public? Oh dear...
“Do you have it on?” Neon called from outside the bathroom door.
“Yeah,” Weiss said back, as if she wasn’t certain.
“What do you think?”
“It’s...kind weird.”
“Yeah, but do you like it?”
Weiss blinked in confusion. But then she thought for a moment, and...while it was...not at all stylish...it felt fun to wear. Maybe that was the point? Weiss did a quick spin, making the tutu flair out and her ponytail whip around her shoulders. Weiss grinned, and then it clicked in her head. No wonder Neon liked clothes like this so much. It was just...gaudy, but it a really fun way.
“Weiss?” Neon called, but the very next moment, Weiss emerged from the bathroom, struck a pose, and grinned. “Woah!”
“I am ready to party!” Weiss declared proudly, and Neon literally leapt into the air with excitement.
“Weiss, you look so good, oh my goooooooods!”
Weiss’ cheeks were a dark red, but Neon’s excitement made her giggle. “Thank you. But you owe me one.”
