Some of my MLP ships and some small headcanons about them:

Twilight moved into Canterlot when the two sisters gave her the throne, and only a few nights into living there decided to go into the mirror to ask Sunset to come back to Canterlot with her, Sunset agrees after some debate and when she steps back through into Equestria she is an alicorn. Have not decided what she will be princess of yet.

Starlight is also dating Twilight, plus Trixie, of course.

Applejack confides in Rarity that, come winter, she's planning to go back to the kirin homeland to ask Autumn to marry her, and then they could summer in Ponyville and winter in the kirin land. Rarity takes this as sort of a breaking up speech and gets upset, Applejack realizes she is upset and they talk it over when Rarity says oh, maybe I should just move away too! and then decides Wait, actually, I did really love the Crystal Empire..

So Rarity moves to the Crystal Empire and meets Sunburst and they begin to bond and start dating later, while Rarity and Applejack meet up at least once a month for a sweet date and Applejack does indeed marry Autumn.

Fluttershy remains a bat pony from the bat episode forward in my headcanon, and she has nightmares about it until Princess Luna starts to visit and help her through it. Luna acts nearly as a therapist for Fluttershy and the pair bond closely and eventually fall in love. (Luna is also a bit more bat pony like here) Discord gets jealous at first but then also warms up to Luna and all three of them are casually a thing.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie have been casually dating since before Rainbow went to Wonderbolts Academy and become more serious as time goes on. Rainbow still has a friendly half romantic rivalry with Applejack as well. Pinkie moves into Rainbow's cloud mansion when Twilight sets her up with a permanent cloud walking spell.
