yknow how everyone has been doing monotone chip runs in side order? yeah well i did the opposite

did you know that a full rainbow gives you a 500p 'prism bonus' for each chip that continues the rainbow? because i didnt until today

Rainbow Run! And I actually ran for a lot of it! I did three laps for a total of 6km, and I did it in 48m05s. In the rain. Which was cold and nasty when we first turned up, but after a lap I'd warmed up and taken off my hoodie. Fitbit and headphones held up fine against the drizzle and the drag queens and Dykes On Bikes armed with super soakers standing up and down the route. :D I bought an official t-shirt, which I'll get @kath-ballantyne to take a pic of me wearing later. 🌈 Rainbow Run 2018! I think I was literally the last person to finish, but finish I did. Sixteen minutes slower than last year, but I'm sixteen kilos heavier than I was then, so that's fair enough. I know I certainly did more walking, less running. The hill of doom nearly killed me, but I damn well did it, all three laps.

A few weeks ago I mentioned that the twins and I would be taking part in Tŷ Hafan’s Rainbow Run in Barry Island. It was a fantastic day that started with us donning our white t-shirts and heading to Barry Island nice and early to beat all the traffic.
