Sooo lately I was researching on how pixiv ppl make all the cute shine effects on their crystals fanarts from Houseki no Kuni and found out they use brushes from graphic program I don’t use. Well dang it. Annoyed I ended up making bunch of brushes for PS myself... desperate times call for desperate measures.
