idk if this is a thing but AU where Abuela doesnt die because she takes her medicine like she should but instead Sonny gets shot during the Blackout while defending the bodega and he dies :^)))) (im a fan of angst im sORRY)

That is INDEED an AU! And it was brought to life by our very own @bi-evan who wrote a little fic about it (HERE) I think it was meant to have more than one chapter but writing character death is emotionally draining and it upsets a lot of people so it’s just a one-shot for now. But I freaking love it cause I am just as big on cousin angst as I am on cousin fluff! And it REALLY makes you ponder how different the musical would’ve gone down if that AU was real. Would Usnavi and Abuela still have left? Would Pete dedicate the mural to Sonny? Would THAT make Usnavi decide to stay in the same manner as the original? Plus, this AU basically leads into the whole ghost Sonny AU so we get EVEN MORE angst! It’s just a big angst tragedy sandwich.

in Jack's new VR video at the halfway point (like 7:54 i think) he turns to a camera within the game and yells "ARE YOU WATCHING?!" which gave me serious anti vibes holy shit

MADPAT AND NATEMARE QUESTIONS! so even though steph doesnt know about her husband's murder-quests, have there been any close calls? also, what are some of their personally preferred techniques to get... reactions out of people?

MadPat is VERY thorough. He doesn’t leave room for close calls or possible trails. Probably the closest thing to a “close call” was him being unable to resist answering his phone during a session just for the joke to say that he was watching a horror film. Even HE cant avoid his own gravitas, gloating and terrible sense of humor sometimes. As for his preferred techniques? oUo whelp, Im sure the governments gonna be watching my blog now that you’re asking favorite torture/murder techniques. Honestly, he’s a very versatile man and likes to spice things up, but he’s rather fond of slowly opening someone up and pulling out organs one by one to show them while they’re awake. He remembers Natemare feeling his organs- god being able to FEEL and SEE your own organs is strange and terrifying.

but nothing beats the simple joy of the flamethrower chainsaw, being able to dismember someone and IMMEDIATELY close the wound with fire to keep them from bleeding out and maybe slapping them with their own arm. Its not his usual “smart” style, but it lets him let off steam or calm down to just slowly break down someone bit by bit.

aaaaand now I sound really creepy to ponder these things but hey I used to write murder mystery stuff, now I’m just not focusing on the detective part of the story ahaaAH HA…..im gonna go write some CC now to feel LESS creepy aha

okay but imagine this: a Band AU with Laf, John, Herc and Ham constantly going against Mads and Jefferson in band jams. The Schuyler Sisters are vocalists, Burr was with the revolutionary set before switching bands and joining Jeffmads. idk man I just rlly want this au.

first of all: love this blog!! you have such great ideas! i was wondering of there was a Mamma Mia! au yet. i imagine Sonny trying to find the girl of Usnavi's dreams by using his old diary, and thinks his cousin seemed to write a LOT about some girls named Vanessa, Daniela and Carla (in this AU sonny doesnt know them). he invites them to come over by pretending to be Usnavi, and aaah i could rant more but character limit :P if u domt know the musical i can fill u in! any thoughts?

First of all, thank you! I’m glad you like all this stuff I post here!

Second: Mamma Mia, huh? I actually think this AU could make the story more believable than the original did! I actually think we could just make it be about Usnavi and Vanessa. Yeah, Sonny looks in Usnavi’s diary (just the idea that Usnavi has a diary; that dork) and there’s a BUNCH of entries about a girl named Vanessa. Daniela and Carla are mentioned, but it’s clear that Usnavi has feelings for Vanessa but the diary makes it unclear as to why they broke up. So maybe Sonny gets in contact with Daniela and Carla first and they reveal that they don’t know why they broke up either, but they DO want Vanessa to hook up with him, so the three of them work together to invite Vanessa to wherever Sonny and Usnavi are, NOT telling them that the other is going to be there, and hijinks ensue. Just imagining their reaction to seeing each other after years would be hilarious. Usnavi would probably just turn white and Vanessa’s jaw would hit the floor and they would both just shut down until one of them breaks it and they run away (and later on they could sing Mamma Mia as a duet or something :3) And the rest of the story is Sonny, Daniela, and Carla trying to get them back together maybe Parent Trap style or at least figure out why they broke up and if they still love each other (spoiler alert, they do).
