Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Assorted food coloring.

Instructions: Light cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix it around until the sugar is gone. One bowl should be used for each color of paint you want to use. To make a range of bright colors, add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl. Put a different color of mixture into a different plastic squeeze bottle. To begin, use an ice cream cone and squeeze a little of one color into the bottom of it. Add more layers of color in a swirling pattern until the cone is full. You can serve it right away, or you can put the cones in the freezer to set and make them firmer.
