End of Adventure Notes: And there you have it.
In one fell swoop, we loved and lost, conquered and capsized.
It was months delayed. For that I can do nothing except say I know, and I'm sorry. There is some truth to the coward's story -- I invest much in these creatures and the adventures that spring up around them, and it's very hard to watch them fall to fate.
Sure, it's a game, and at any point in time I could technically break the rules.
Where is the meaning in that, though?
On another note, if anyone does still poke their head in or sees this on their dash, that means we've finally broken past LeafGreen and can move on to a new generation. HeartGold, Sapphire, and of course LeafGreen have been traversed, to varying degrees of success, leaving me with a handful of options unless you'd like a repeat of one.
Diamond and Platinum are both in my possession, and come next in the order of adventures, chronologically by the games anyway, but I admit I do want to eventually play through White 2 all the way, and how better than by playing it back to back with White? That would require skipping to White, though, naturally. Not that I would mind at all. As I've said before, White is very possibly my favourite Pokemon game period.
(And if you want me to play Pokemon Y, trust me, I'd effing love to, but I own neither the game nor a 3DS on which to play it, so alas I cannot bring that adventure to you unless you have an extremely generous donation to make for the CZ Plays Hard mode cause.)
So, up next! Diamond or White?
