This young mare never really had any interest in sports. In fact, she found them boring. Though there were many sports that were none of the sort, she just couldn't sink her curiosity in the brutality of some. Astral enjoyed relaxing much more. Enjoying the nature and quietness of her home right outside of Ponyville. But her old tutor implored her to come into town and enjoy the events.
There wasn't any reason for the sudden sports event. The Ponies just decided to use this nice day and spend the time using it wisely. And it was a good opportunity for all the ponies to show their skill.
One pony that particularly caught her eye was a blue pegasus. She'd seen her around before; clearing the skies of rain and racing across the endless blue. Was she going to compete today? Didn't it seem a little unfair? Obvious she was the fastest one out there and everypony knew it.
