Today the earth was so silent it almost felt unreal. There was the wind and the leaves rustling but the usual butterflies and birds were unusually tranquil. Sometimes it feels like our reality is merely a fabricated illusion, like the matrix. I haven’t written for a while. I think disappointment and fatigue set in at realizing that we cannot help those that don’t want to be helped. The last couple of days proved that people will not appreciate your help, and those that continue to want your energy end up angry that you are no longer there to give it to them.

And still, I continue to hope that when someone comes to me that I leave them better. But we must learn to love ourselves first. Meaning, I used to get stuck trying to help people, and in turn it started affecting my relationship and even my work. This year I learned it is ok to walk away once you feel you have done everything you could for some one. It’s ok to walk away when a relationship no longer serves you. They will likely be angry, and resent your walking away, taking it personal even, but loving yourself first is a lesson in itself. One of the hardest ones for me.

March 11, 2016 it's about the way it feels. We may never be able to truly see behind the illusions we make for ourselves. But the feeling you get, listen to that. Energy doesn't lie.
