Finally, the last person reluctantly untangles themselves from Joseph's embrace and leaves the church, and then it's just Rook left. Joseph's eyes are on him in an instant, and Rook fumbles with his hands in his lap as Joseph steps down from the stage.

"You came back."

Rook nods, letting out a shaky breath.

"Couldn't stay away any longer," he admits.

I commissioned the lovely @rainbowwbroker to draw Rook from my ongoing FC5 fic Can you see my scars? and I’m so freaking happy with it. So this is him, somewhere in Holland Valley. John’s ranch, perhaps? ;)

elliot's not really the kind of guy to let too many people in, and even the people he does let in only get to see so far. he's close with miranda and james, and would tell them more than most. top spot totally goes to ashley though. she definitely knows him better than anyone, but it's more a case of her being able to read him rather than him discussing things too much. he does open up to her a little more the closer things get to the end though

stardust (what kind of clothes do they usually wear off-duty)

the short answer is that elliot doesn't do off-duty. he's always in some kind of alliance wear, a uniform of some kind or another. the most casual thing he owns is probably his n7 hoodie, but even that gets worn over his alliance issue combat pants and boots. not to mention i totally headcanon ash stealing it in their down-time and wearing it more than he does...
