Despite obviously being shaped like Tenebrum combat androids, the twins Rain and Cloud are somehow not the creations of Joceline. They appeared out of nowhere, bending water and lightning effortlessly and wrecking havoc on a whim whenever and wherever they desire. While they seem relatively harmless at first, mostly just acting and talking like spoiled teenage brats & bullies, their disregard for human lives makes their little “pranks” and “games” take a lethal turn. Despite their strong synergy (to a degree they end each other's sentences), it is said it is quite easy to earn their attention and even make them fight against one another over petty things. As their primary strength, each other, is also their primary weakness…
