changing someone's contact name is such an intimate thing to do. the inherent happiness of when elin from work becomes elin ♡♡♡ or nila became bestie twin. when a relationship changes, when you fall in love, when a friendship was made.

but also the inherent sadness of getting rid of the hearts next to someone's name or changing it back to first name, last name....
