There's a crazy thunderstorm going on right now!
I was gonna make a post about how when it rains everyone seems to start driving like a huge jerk but then realized that I probably shouldn’t say that some kind of asshole switch gets flipped (when people get wet).
Rain, Rain!!
In southern Ontario it is raining buckets.. Was at our local Food Festival this evening and just after the fireworks ended, the rain came pouring down!!! Luckily we were able to find shelter until the wind was pushing the rain on us lol.. eventually we just had to suck it up and run to the car.. My poor Ferguson got wet and he was not impressed at all...
I never knew just how accurate the phrase "raining buckets" was until now. It's literally raining buckets at my house right now. Started out of nowhere.

It was a Saturday night like any other. Yet, it was pouring. Buckets upon buckets of water was falling from the sky and Persephone was miserable. It was rare for her to have a Saturday night off work so she had decided to take a little evening walk. But, she didn't plan on the rain so she hadn't brought an umbrella. She was currently shivering and soaked beneath an awning of a cafe that had already closed for the evening. The Siren glanced around, but there was nowhere for her to go. She had two choices, stay beneath the awning until the rain stopped, or run back home through the rain.

It is raining buckets.. and I love it
It always rains in Washington state. But not like it does in New York. Washington has constant drizzle. New York has an amazing downpour that soaks you through as soon as you step into it. When these happen on hot summer days, they are amazing. On cool fall days, like today? They're just glorious to listen to and watch as the steam from the houses roil off their prospective roofs. Hmmm... I came back for my family, for my friends, for myself... But what I really came back for is the weather. Now, someone come kiss me senseless in the pouring rain and keep me warm ;P
